State Minister Launch PDM Sacco Funds in Mityana District.

State Minister for Local Government Hon Victoria Rusoke Businge has launched the PDM Sacco Funds in the Mityana district and disbursed money to the two beneficiaries as a sign to show that PDM Sacco’s have started getting money.
The State Minister was represented by the Mityana District deputy RDC John Bosco Lubyaayi Sseguya who presided over the function.

The function was presided over by the deputy RDC John Bosco Lubyaayi Sseguya who cautioned the contractor not to violate Gender-based violence.

Mityana District Chairperson Patrick Mugisha Nshiimye has made some changes in his cabinet after one year in service.
Chairperson Mugisha made the changes during the council seating at the district headquarters where he presented the district state of Affairs report.

Mityana District leadership has today launched the five staff houses at Busunju Health Centre III worth 165 Million.
The hospital is located 77km away from Kampala City in Mityana district. It is the main health care facility in the district serving over 600,000 people in Mityana, Mpigi, Kiboga, and Gomba districts. It is a 100 bed capacity hospital. The UHSSP project commenced on 24th February 2014 and expected to be completed by July 2015.
