Mityana District Leadership Launch the Construction of Nakwaya-Kabulamuliro Road.

Mityana district leadership has today launched the construction of the Nakwaya- Kabulamuliro road in Kikandwa Sub County over 8 km worth 63 million.
The Launch was presided over by the deputy RDC Mityana District John Bosco Lubyaayi Sseguya, the District Chairperson Patrick Mugisha Nshiimye, the Area Member of Parliament Nsegumire Kibedi, and the locals.
RDC Lubyaayi urged the district engineer to work on the small bridges on the road so that the road can last for a long time.
RDC Lubyaayi urged residents to embrace community service and take responsibility for maintaining their roads and the government also help them make other roads.
The Area Member of Parliament Nsegumire Muhamad Kibedi promised residents as they are going to make sure that all roads in the constituency are well-tarmacked and asked them to make sure they use the roads well and also stop building in the road reserves because nobody will be compensated.
The Mityana District Chairperson Patrick Mugusha Nshiimye that the government for sending money to rehabilitate the roads and asked people in the community to stop politicking and stay on doing things that will develop them.
Kamya Jackson Ssempala The chairperson of Kikandwa Sub County says that the district should help them on roads because many of their roads are in a bad state.
Mityana District Engineer Jack Katende says that they are going to widen the road and they expect to use over 63 million shillings.
