COMMISSIONING OF BUSUNJU HEALTH CENTRE III
The Mityana Resident District Commissioner Mr. Africano Aharikundira together with the District Chairperson Mr. Patrick Mugisha Nshiimye have today commissioned the newly constructed Health facility of Busunju Health Centre III.
The Client Charter presents the commitments for Mityana District Local Government on service delivery to the population. The Purpose of this Charter is to enhance accountability, transparency and quality service delivery and enable our clients provide their required support, assess and report non-performance through agreed avenues.
About Us
Mityana District was established on July 1, 2005 by an Act of Parliament. Previously it was part of Greater Mubende District. The District lies in the Central Region of Uganda.
Mityana District Local Government boarders with the following Districts: Kiboga, Kyankwanzi, Kasanda, Nakaseke, Wakiso, Mpigi and Mubende. The District Headquarters are located in Mityana Municipality at Kunywa, 73 Kilometers West of Kampala Capital City.

Mityana District is a District in the Central Region of Uganda. The district was created in 2005, by curving the Mityana and Busujju Counties from Mubende District. Mityana is the site of the district headquarters.
