MITYANA DISTRICT LEADERSHIP LAUNCHES CONSTRUCTION OF A FIVE-STAFF HOUSE AT BUSUNJU HEALTH CENTER III.

Mityana District leadership has today launched the five staff houses at Busunju Health Centre III worth 165 Million.
The function has been graced by the Deputy Resident District Commissioner Mr. John Bosco Lubyaayi Sseguya, The Mityana District Chief Administrative Officer Mrs. Edith Mutabaazi, The Deputy District Chairperson Mrs. Anniemariam Nassali, Secretary for Health, Education and Sports Mrs. Mariam Naiga Stephania the area councilors and the residents of Kiduuzi LC 1.
While launching the project the deputy RDC Mr. John Bosco Lubyaayi thanked the government for providing funds for the district to construct staff houses for the health workers and cautioned the health workers when the houses are given to them to staff at work and provide services to the clients who come to the facility.
RDC Lubyaayi added that the government is ready to support any district as long as they provide service delivery and account for the money that is sent.

The Mityana District Deputy Chairperson Annie Mariam Nassali thanked the government for putting much effort into the sector of health to see to it that the health workers get where to stay when they are at work.
Nassali asked the Health Centre in charge to teach the clients how to use the facility, especially the ladies so that they can keep it clean.
The Mityana District Chief Administrative Officer Mrs. Edith Mutabaazi thanked the government for supporting Mityana District and she said that they are going to make sure they improve the livelihood of health workers by providing houses the health facilities.

The Mityana District Engineer Jack Katende says that the staff houses that the constructions are part of the project of the health facility and they are expecting to construct an OPD at the facility.
The Senior Engineer Mityana District Living Stone Mwanuke the project supervisor says that they are going to construct self-contained houses and the work will cost 165 million.
